Our organization goal is to enhance and advocate for at-risk children and teens by providing them with mentorship and fellowship opportunities, community outreach and a strong support system.

Meet the Team

  • Kiki Parker

    FOUNDER

    Kiki Parker is the founder of Youth Power Encouragement (YPE), a community-focused organization dedicated to serving underrepresented minorities through STEM education, leadership, and professional development. Kiki is currently a graduate student at the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering (JSNN), where she pursues her passion for STEM education.

  • Ty Gibson

    FACILITATOR

    Ty Gibson (@yeahitstyg) is a social media influencer, entertainer, and comedian. He attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), where he majored in Drama and Media Studies.

  • Jay Clark

    EVENT COORDINATOR

    Jay Clark graduated from Fayetteville State University with a degree in Business Administration. He currently serves in the United States Army and is dedicated to leadership, service, and professional development.
